制造自行车用的厚度为2~8mm、宽度为60~250mm的碳素钢及低合金钢热轧钢带。
按制造精度分为普通精度(P);厚度较高精度(H);宽度较高精度(K);厚度、宽度较高精度(KH)。
尺寸、外形
1.钢带厚度和宽度应符合表1的规定。

钢带厚度允许偏差应符合表2的规定;钢带宽度允许偏差应符合表3的规定;钢带厚度应均匀。在同一截面的中间和两边测量三点厚度,其最大差值(三点差)应符合表4的规定;钢带沿轧刮方向的厚度应均匀。在同一直线上任意测量三点辱度.其最大差值同条差)应符合表5的规定。

2.钢带长度
条状钢带厚度2.00~4.00mm,其长度应不小于6m,允许交付长度不小于4m的钢带,但其重量不得超过该批交货总重量的10%。
条状钢带厚度大于4.00~6.00mm,其长度应不小于4m,允i午交付长度不小于3m的钢带,但其重量不得超过该批交货总重量的10%。
条状钢带厚度大于6.00~8.00mm,其长度应不小于2.5m。
卷状钢带的长度应不小于50m,允许交付长度不小于30m的钢带,但其重量不得超过该批交货总重量的5%。
3.卷状钢带的内径为350~550mm,一侧塔形高度不大于45mm。
4.钢带的镰刀弯每米不大于4mm,总镰刀弯不大于总长度的0.4%。
5.条状钢带不允许有明显的“S”型弯曲。
交货状态
条状钢带以折带或直条交货;卷状钢带成卷交货。
表面质量
1.钢带表面应光洁,不得有裂纹、折叠、分层、气孔、非金属夹杂、粗毛刺和鳞皮。钢带不得有分层。允许有深度或高度不超过0.08mm的个别凹坑、轻微的划痕、麻点、凸块及局部的红斑。钢带的表面缺陷深度或高度由实际尺寸算起。
2.钢带边缘不得有裂边。允许有轻微的毛边,其深度应不大于差度允许负偏差的。
3.钢带表面和侧面的局部缺陷允许清除。清除后的深度不应使钢带的厚度和宽度超过负偏差。
4.成卷交货的钢带不正常部分不得超过每卷总长度的8%。
