(3)牌号和化学成分钢带应采用T7A、T8A、T9A、T10A、65Mn、60Si2MnA、70Si2CrA钢轧制,其化学成分应分别符合GB/T1298《碳素工具钢》、GB/T1222《弹簧钢》、YB/T5058《弹簧钢、工具钢冷轧钢带》的规定。

注:1.钢带仅进行拉力试验。根据需方要求,厚度不小于0.25mm的钢带可进行硬度试验,这时不再做拉力试验。
2.硬度允许与上表有正负l0个单位的偏差。
3.根据需方要求,强度级别为I、Ⅱ级的可进行伸长率测定,其指标应不小于2.5%。
4.根据需方特殊要求,可供应强度为1666~1960MPa的钢带,其伸长率应不小于2,5%。反复弯曲次数按Ⅱ级规定,维氏硬度(HV)为525~650。钢带的强度和硬度试验不同时进行,仅作~种试验。
5.根据需方要求,经双方协议,对Ⅲ级强度的钢带,其强度值可以规定上限。
